The evidence above belongs to BPC-157 and TB-500 separately. Every outcome for both is graded D or U — animal findings, or unknown.
The stack is sold on a synergy theory: two repair peptides acting through different pathways should do more together. No controlled human trial has tested the combination, or either peptide alone in humans.
Two identity checks, not one
Blend certificates routinely confirm the peptide that costs more and wave at the other. Both need mass-spec identity, and the TB-500 component needs particular attention: vendors use “TB-500” and “Thymosin beta-4” interchangeably, and they are different molecules with different masses and very different prices.
A certificate naming only “TB-500” without a sequence or mass has not resolved which one is in the vial.
The ratio is the product
Because both peptides share one volume, the ratio the manufacturer chose is the only ratio you get. Any protocol that specifies different amounts of each cannot be followed with a blend vial — that is a property of the format, not something a calculator solves.
Confirm the per-component strengths on the certificate and check that they sum to the labelled vial weight net of counterions.

- Require per-component identity and strength on the COA. A blend purity figure does not establish the ratio.
- Confirm the TB-500 component is the fragment, not full-length Thymosin beta-4 — the names are used interchangeably.
- Check net peptide content for the vial as a whole against the sum of stated component strengths.
- The ratio is fixed at manufacture; confirm it matches whatever protocol the marketing references.
