Ipamorelin’s selling point is selectivity: it raises growth hormone without the cortisol and prolactin rise that older secretagogues produce. That part is real, and the compound profile grades GH secretion at C.

Every downstream outcome — fat loss, muscle growth, recovery — is graded U. Unknown, not promising. Raising a hormone is a measurement, not a result.

The blend problem

Ipamorelin is more often sold combined than alone, usually with CJC-1295. That is fine when disclosed and priced accordingly, and a problem when a vial labelled as one peptide contains two — or contains the cheaper one.

If you are buying a blend, the certificate needs to name each component and each component’s strength. A single purity figure for a two-peptide vial does not tell you the ratio, and the ratio is what determines what a given draw delivers.

What identity checking catches here

The GH secretagogue category has several molecules with overlapping marketing and very different costs. Mass-spec identity on a lot-matched COA is what separates ipamorelin from a substitute sold under the same positioning.
