Synptide launches the compound directory and evidence-grading system
We published canonical, outcome-graded profiles for the first 25 compounds, plus a public A–U evidence framework and this change log.
Today we published the first version of the compound directory — canonical, evidence-graded profiles for 25 peptides and metabolic compounds — along with the public A–U evidence-grading framework that powers them.
Every profile grades evidence by outcome, separates human from preclinical data, and shows a regulatory-status badge designed so a research chemical never reads as equivalent to an approved medication. This is the start of a maintained system, not a one-time publish: from here, every time we change a grade or a major study lands, it will appear in this log with the source that prompted it.
